Imagine we decided to do a BBQ in the park and we are a group of lets say 15 person. The main BBQ master decides on the tasks and who can do what best and everyone started preparing for the BBQ day. Imagine someone called sick or forgot his part or simply decided not to join on the same day, how would the BBQ day go? My mum is the best BBQ organiser and I have learned a very important thing about mastering a BBQ day, never give the most important tasks in BBQ to anyone; simply keep it to yourself just because people could let you down.
This is in fact my philosophy at any workplace, you for sure should know who is the best in doing what and make sure you follow up with them but always be involved to the maximum and do the most important task yourself or be on top of it.
